We charge a fixed fee for all applications. Therefore, you will have peace of mind as to the full cost of your application from the outset. We do not charge extra for phone calls or e-mails.
Hourly rate – if you withdraw your instructions part-way
This Fixed Fee Table sets out the fixed fee that we charge for all Immigration Services. Where a service is not listed, please contact us for confirmation that we are able to assist with your matter. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, should you wish to withdraw instructions part-way, we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £150.
A fixed fee of £90 is payable for an initial consultation/assessment. During the consultation, you will be able to discuss your goals and full circumstances with a lawyer. The lawyer will outline the most suitable option/options, confirm the requirements, provide an overview of the documents that you need to provide and the applicable fees. The lawyer will also be able to answer all your questions. The consultation will last between 30-60 minutes. The lawyer will not be able to check multiple documents during the consultation.
Face - to - face consultations
A fixed fee of £250 is payable for initial consultation/assessment fees. During the consultation, you will be able to discuss your goals and full circumstances with a lawyer. The lawyer will outline the most suitable option/options, confirm the requirements, provide an overview of the documents that you need to provide and the applicable fees. The lawyer will also be able to answer all your questions. The consultation will last between 30-60 minutes. The lawyer will not be able to check multiple documents during the consultation.
Consultation following a refusal
A fixed fee of £400 is payable. You will need to provide all documents in advance of your consultation. You will be provided with a link and instructions to upload the documents and refusal letter. The lawyer will assess all documents and the refusal and provide you with thorough advice, including advice as to whether you can submit another application and if so, the requirements that you need to satisfy and the documents that you need to provide. The lawyer will thereafter provide written confirmation of the advice provided during your consultation.

What services are included in the quote
The work will involves discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether after assessing your circumstances in full, confirming whether you meet the requirements;
if you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how;
considering the supporting evidence, you have provided;
where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
giving you advice about the outcome of the application and informing of you any further options available to you.
What is not included in the quote
The quote above does not include:
any home office fees applicable to your application;
immigration health surcharge applicable to your application;
translation fees applicable to your application;
interpreter fees applicable to your application;
expert report applicable to your application;
advice and attending home office interview where required;
If your application is refused the quote above does not include any advice for an appeal or judicial review.
How long will your application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the home office will take to process your application. please read the current processing time here https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times. We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 1 week of you instructing us and providing all required documents and fees, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
